Welcome to RAP-WI, formally known as Wisconsin Alcohol and Other Drug Counselors (WAADAC),  State Affiliate of the National Association of Addiction Professionals (NAADAC); the premier association of recovery and addiction focused professionals who enhance the healing of individuals, families, and communities.  RAP-WI serves as a network and educational resources for the community, students, teachers, and professionals.
