Registration:

Team and individual registration is due AUGUST 1, 2024. If you would like to register after this date, please reach out to RAP-WI directly via e-mail.

Thank you for your interest in participating in RAP-WI’s golf outing. Please note to participate you must be at least 18 years of age.  Registration for each participant is $70.00 or $250.00 per foursome.

Step 2: Come and have fun!

 

If you are registering as a team each participant MUST complete their own individual registration form. It is recommended that each team submits all four registration forms if there is a single payment.
